The mission of the Moundsville Housing Authority is to promote adequate affordable housing and economic self-sufficiency opportunities for low to moderate income residents in the City of Moundsville and the Marshall County area in a fiscally sound manner free from discrimination.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY THIS AGENCY WITH PROOF OF SNAP BENEFITS AND DOCUMENTATION OF EVERY MEMBER RECEIVING THOSE BENEFITS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION AND WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR ANNUAL RE-CERTIFICATION.

NO SMOKING POLICY

Moundsville Housing has adopted a No Smoking Policy in accordance with federal law. You will no longer be permitted to use tobacco products in any of our apartment units beginning July 1, 2018.
